This remodeled basement in Carmel was transformed into a warm, multifunctional retreat designed for both everyday living and effortless entertaining. A custom bar with ample seating anchors the space, complemented by a large-screen TV set above a modern fireplace for the ultimate cozy viewing experience. The layout also features a dedicated game area and an enclosed fitness zone, ensuring room for recreation and wellness. To maximize versatility, we updated the bath and added a multi purpose space built-in Murphy bed, allowing the space to convert seamlessly into a comfortable guest suite when needed.
