As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year filled with creativity, collaboration, and beautiful home transformations. From whole-home remodels to luxury kitchen renovations to new construction, our design teams brought each vision to life, carefully balancing style, functionality, and personality in every space. This year, our projects ranged from bold, statement-making remodels to serene, timeless retreats, each tailored to the unique lifestyle and tastes of the homeowners.
Luxurious Remodels with Bold Accents
Some of this year’s remodels embraced bold color palettes, metallic finishes, and elegant materials that elevate everyday living into a luxurious experience. These homes showcase the impact of thoughtful detailing, from statement hardware to textured surfaces, creating spaces that feel both sophisticated and personal.

This whole-home remodel demonstrates how color, texture, and finish can work together to create depth and interest. Green accents paired with gold hardware bring a touch of glamour, while black and grey tones add sophistication. The bathrooms serve as focal points, with the primary bath featuring marble-tiled walls and a freestanding tub for a spa-like experience, while a secondary bath pairs gold accents with floral wallpaper for a delicate, yet luxurious touch.
The cabinetry throughout the home tells its own story, blending pastel blue and dark custom cabinetry with gold hardware to create contrast and personality. In the kitchen, marble countertops and backsplash are complemented by subtle black and grey details, ensuring a balance of elegance and practicality. Jenn and Colby’s meticulous attention to layering finishes and textures results in a home that feels both stylish and livable.

This whole- home remodel highlights a custom bathroom with a large tub, dark brown cabinetry, and bronze accents, enhanced by natural light and statement lighting fixtures. Floral wallpaper details and a spacious walk-in closet with custom shelving add personality and a sense of luxury to the primary suite.
The kitchen is expansive, featuring light wood cabinets, dark green accents, gold handles and faucets, and a walk-in pantry with LED lighting and matching dark green cabinetry. Every design choice reflects Jenn commitment to combining style with function and Colby’s craftsmanship skills to flawlessly execute and project management expertise to deliver the design plan on time and on budget.

Earthy and Cozy Living
Some homes focused on warmth, natural textures, and inviting color palettes, creating spaces that feel cozy, personal, and full of character.
Project 3| Zionsville Village | Team: Ellen & Colby | Service: Signature Design & Remodel
Tucked into the heart of the Village of Zionsville, IN, this historic bungalow remodel was lovingly reimagined to honor its past while elevating everyday living. We rebuilt the home’s stair system to create a natural, effortless flow, allowing the refinished original pine floors and soft organic palette of sage greens and warm whites to truly shine. The kitchen now lives as beautifully as it looks, with custom floor to ceiling cabinetry, marble-styled quartz, classic subway tile, a cast-iron farm sink, and warm brass fittings. A cozy breakfast nook, expanded laundry, mudroom, and refreshed family room round out the remodel transformation, bringing modern comfort to timeless charm.

This luxury primary bath remodel in Brownsburg, Indiana was reimagined to bring a sense of calm, clarity, and everyday indulgence. Large-format white marble tile flows seamlessly from the floor into the shower walls, creating a clean, unified backdrop for the dual Kohler showering experience—complete with digital valve controls, rain heads, and body sprays. Jenn’s vision and Colby’s craftsman skills together create a timeless transformed space that is both elegant and inviting.

This luxury primary bath design and remodel in Fishers, Indiana showcases clever, cohesive design where every element works in harmony. An oversized linear shower encased in glass creates a sleek, open feel, while custom vanities in soft sage green paired with black Kohler fittings bring warmth and contrast. Zellige tile is thoughtfully repeated in the shower and the new arched vanity alcove, unifying the space with texture and pattern. Every detail contributes to a cohesive and harmonious design thru Ellen and Colby’s teamsmanship for one vision and expertly delivered .
