We had the pleasure of designing and styling a custom-built home in the charming Aberdeen neighborhood, a wellness-oriented community in Bargersville, Indiana. The design seamlessly blends the laid-back elegance of Southern living with the timeless beauty of European coastal style. By using a neutral color palette paired with warm wood accents and an abundance of natural light, the home evokes a sense of calm and connection. The open, airy spaces invite easy flow and create an ideal setting for family gatherings and entertaining friends.

Indoor-outdoor living is at the forefront of this design, with 10-foot-tall pocket doors opening to a custom-designed covered porch, complete with a screen system to allow for year-round enjoyment. The basement is a true highlight, featuring an elegant home bar with a waterfall-edged quartz countertop, a contemporary home theater, and a sunken conversation pit with a cozy fireplace—perfect for both intimate nights and lively entertainment.

In the main living areas, we designed a tapered plaster-inspired fireplace with a cast stone mantel, extending this design language into the kitchen with a matching range hood. To further enhance the space, we added minimalist iron handrails to the stairs, set against a stunning multi-story wall clad in vintage tumbled brick, and worked with the builder to incorporate matching brick window headers, tying the design together with warmth and character.
