Designing this 8,000 sq. ft. new build in Zionsville, IN showcases our luxury interior design expertise, where every finish, architectural detail, and furnishing is thoughtfully curated. A floating staircase in warm white oak with black metal accents leads into living and kitchen spaces anchored by custom metal fireplace and range hood features. The oversized island with charcoal quartz waterfall edges and workstation sink combines style with family-friendly function. Bespoke millwork throughout—LED-lit wall pockets, sliding tambour doors, and detailed ceilings—adds depth and sophistication. The lower level is a restaurant-style retreat with custom upholstered banquettes, wine closet, and theater-sized screens, completing this modern, luxurious home.
